• Free Consultation -- Our Project Manager will come to your home and give you a free estimate which includes Architect plans.

• Design Phase -- Our Architect will come to your home to measure it, take photos, and check the structure.  Then we'll provide full-scale blue-prints of your home's interior floor plans and exterior elevations.

• Municipal Phase -- We'll complete all township paperwork and submit a zoning and permit application packet including the sealed architect plans. 

We are "Full-Service"

• Pre-Construction Meeting -- We have a final meeting at your home before we begin construction to review the details of your project including site logistics and a construction awareness walk-through of your home and property.

• Construction Phase -- We'll provide you with a complete written 60-day schedule and timeline of your project including start and completion dates.  We handle all the tradesmen and town inspections throughout your project.

• Completion -- After we're finished and you're living in your dream house, we'll close-out your job properly by giving you with a close-out manual including warranties and photos.
